Refund Policy

At CandidateCo, we want you to walk into your next interview prepared. If GET THE OFFER doesn’t help you, we don’t want your money. This policy explains exactly how our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee works.

1. Our guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 10 days of the date of your order. You don’t have to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

2. What’s covered
The guarantee applies to:

  • GET THE OFFER (ebook), including the free Interview Worksheets that come with it
  • GET THE OFFER — Interview Worksheets, when bought on their own

3. When a refund applies
You’re eligible for a full refund if:

  • your request reaches us within 10 days of your order date
  • you bought the product directly from our store
  • this is your first refund request for that product

4. When a refund does not apply
We can’t offer a refund if:

  • the request is made more than 10 days after the order date
  • the product was bought somewhere other than our store, such as a reseller or a copy shared by someone else
  • you’ve already received a refund for the same product before
  • the purchase shows a clear pattern of misuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund requests or redistributing the files
  • a chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened for the same order (see section 8)

5. Problems with your download
If a file won’t open, is damaged, or the download link doesn’t work, contact us first. We’ll send you a working copy right away. If we can’t fix the problem, you’ll still be entitled to a full refund, even after the 10 days.

6. Bought the wrong thing or bought twice?

  • Duplicate order: if you were charged twice for the same product, we’ll refund the duplicate in full, at any time.
  • Bought the worksheets, then the book: the book already includes the worksheets. If you didn’t use the WORKSHEETS discount code, contact us within 10 days of buying the book and we’ll refund the worksheets purchase.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at candidatecoofficial@gmail.com, or reply to your order confirmation email.
  2. Include your order number (for example, #1001) and the email address you used at checkout.
  3. That’s it. No forms, no proof needed.

We’ll reply within 2 business days.

8. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Once approved, your bank or payment provider usually takes 5–10 business days to show the refund.
  • We refund the full amount you paid. If your bank converted currencies, the final amount may differ slightly because of exchange rates; we can’t control that.
  • Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Requests sent to us are usually faster. If a dispute is opened, the refund is handled through that dispute instead.

9. After a refund
Because our products are digital downloads, there’s nothing to return. Once a refund is issued:

  • your download links will be deactivated
  • your licence to use the ebook and worksheets ends, and you agree to delete any copies you saved

10. Discounts and promotions

  • If you used a discount code, we refund the amount you actually paid.
  • Free items included with a purchase (such as the worksheets with the book) can’t be refunded separately, because you didn’t pay for them.

11. Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, and doesn’t limit them.
