Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of getcandidateco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from CandidateCo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who we are
CandidateCo creates interview preparation resources for students, graduates and early-career candidates. You can contact us at candidatecoofficial@gmail.com.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree that the information you give us at checkout (such as your name and email) is accurate.

3. Our products
We sell digital products, including:

  • GET THE OFFER (ebook, PDF), which includes the Interview Worksheets free of charge
  • GET THE OFFER — Interview Worksheets (PDF), sold on their own

All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

4. Delivery
After checkout, your download is available on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder, then contact us at candidatecoofficial@gmail.com and we’ll resend it. You’re responsible for entering a correct email address.

5. Your licence to use our products
When you buy (or receive for free) one of our products, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and use it for your own interview preparation.

You may not:

  • share, upload, email, sell, resell or distribute the files, in whole or in part, to anyone else
  • post the content online (including on file-sharing sites, social media or course platforms)
  • copy the content into your own products, courses or materials
  • remove our name, branding or copyright notices

Printing the worksheets for your own use is allowed and encouraged.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site in the currency displayed to you. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.
  • Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

7. Free offers, promotions and discount codes

  • From time to time we may offer products free or at a reduced price for a limited time (for example, a launch offer or seasonal sale). We may end any offer at any time without notice.
  • Products received free are covered by the same licence in section 5.
  • Discount codes are personal and non-transferable, can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated. Some codes are only valid for the customer they were issued to (for example, the code given to worksheet buyers). If a code is misused, we may cancel the related order.

8. Refunds
Paid purchases are covered by our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Full details, including when refunds do and don’t apply, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. No guarantee of results
Our products are educational resources to help you prepare for interviews. They are not professional career, legal or financial advice. Every employer, role and interview is different, and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee that you will get an interview, a job offer, or any specific outcome. Example answers in our materials are illustrations only.

10. Reviews and feedback
If you leave a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience. If you received a product for free (for example, during a launch offer), please mention that in your review. By submitting a review, you allow us to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove reviews that are false, offensive, or unrelated to the product.

11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products, including text, worksheets, designs, logos and the CandidateCo and GET THE OFFER names, is owned by CandidateCo and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licence in section 5, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to our content.

12. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to copy its content.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • the Site and our products are provided “as is”;
  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as lost job opportunities or lost income) arising from your use of our products;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

14. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you’re a consumer, you may also have the benefit of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
